MELT Method is body work using balls and soft rollers that addresses the connective tissue system. It’s a very effective way of undoing the stuck stress you may feel as stiffness, pain, low energy or general discomfort.

Classes or one-on-one sessions give you the tools to use this work on your own, perhaps with the support of online classes from MELT on Demand. The more you MELT, the less dehydrated your fascia will be and the more comfortable you’ll be in your own skin.

I’m certified in the Hand and Foot ball work and Level 1 roller work. Occasionally I build the work into my yoga classes. I also teach entire classes as well as individual sessions. I’ve been MELTing for 10 years and it’s the modality that has had the most impact on the injuries and insults from life as an athlete.
